  ALL PIECES INCLUDE U.S. STANDARD SHIPPING.

ORDERS ARE PLACED ON FRIDAYS.

 If an order is placed on Thursday-Friday, order will be sent out the following Friday! 

After an order is sent out on Friday, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped through standard shipping or by personal delivery. After your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you with any additional info from the carrier. If the order is personally delivered please refer to agreed time and place of drop off via email.

You will be contacted within 24hrs of purchase with (possible) additional shipping prices & info for international shipping. After your order has been shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you with all additional info from the carrier. 

Orders sent in Thursday-Friday will be sent out the following Friday in order to confirm and receive payment for product(s). 

FOR PERSONAL DELIVERIES ONLY, I am responsible for the package until delivered to the drop off point at agreed time. Personal deliveries are decided at my discretion based on location, size of the piece, and my comfortability.

IF DELIVERED THROUGH MAIL IN THE CARE OF THE SHIPPING CARRIER, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGE. The customer and shipping carrier now share this responsibility. PLEASE CONTACT THE CARRIER CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE. It is the responsibility of the customer to be present at the delivery location on the scheduled delivery date. 

When placing an order, please confirm that your shipping address is accurate and that it includes the correct unit/apartment number if necessary. I AM NOT RESPOSIBLE OR LIABLE for any lost or stolen packages. I have no control over pieces stuck in transit. You must deal with the shipper.

Shipping addresses can't be changed on mailed orders. I will only use the address provided when the order was originally placed. Any address changes to personal deliveries must be sent and confirmed at least 48 hours in advance from original drop off date.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

Once the order is shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking information.
