I'm a 24 year old mixed race woman from the heart of Southside Minneapolis, MN.  

I strive to create pieces that God is proud of. Pieces with a message that tell more about someone's life story, good or "bad." Our stories as people with different backgrounds and cultures has always been able to be unified through art. It's a point of deeper connection; speaking without all the extra words.

I started my journey around the 3rd grade. It started with an obsession with drawing horses until they looked real. From there I discovered that I could literally make anything, so I did! From purses out of fabric scraps in 6th grade to painting my own walls in my parents house with whatever I had available.

AurariusRose means "Golden" Rose; the first part derives from Latin! I got that name from thinking how I wanted my brand (& I) to shine to the world. The idea is all beautiful roses have thorns and so do I. By carefully nurturing the garden they will bud again year after year. A lot of people find it hard to do so because of the needed time and extra patience. It's just like me and my relationship with God. With him I'm always going to glow through the growth & hopefully find more roses to reach the Son with.
